Traci Poole is the Founder and President of Poole Professional Resources, Ltd. Traci began her recruiting career in 1996 with a well-established local executive search firm. Here, Traci learned the basics of recruiting and began to hone her skills as a great developer of client relationships.

In 1999, Traci was ready to use her own ideas and relationship building skills to found Poole Professional Resources, Ltd. Because of her high standard of ethics, honesty and the ability to satisfy her clients’ needs in a timely, cost effective manner, she has maintained a leading presence in both the local and national marketplace.

Traci is a former member of the Board of Directors for the National Personnel Association (NPA), a global network of professional employment consultants.
